Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h888 account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified h888 of unauthorised access. Deposits
All deposits to your h888 account are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved mobile wallet providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your h888 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. h888 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider's own transfer fees may apply. You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is not permitted. h888 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to their source if fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) in BDT. To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification and your balance must meet the platform's minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 5 and 30 minutes for standard amounts, subject to your wallet provider's processing capacity. h888 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than historical deposit patterns. h888 does not charge a withdrawal fee, though mobile wallet transfer fees may apply at the provider's end. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is attempted before the requirements are satisfied.

Bonuses and Promotions
h888 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Intellectual Property
All content on the h888 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and data — is owned by or licensed to h888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h888 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
